The right of withdrawal is exercised no later than 10 days from receipt of the goods, by registered letter with return receipt attaching a copy of the tax receipt or courtesy invoice. The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller at his own expense. This can happen ONLY IF:

- the item is returned in its original intact packaging
